I made this game in August 2011 for Ludum Dare #21, a competition that takes place 3 times per year. The task is to create a game from scratch in mere 48 hours (over a weekend). This is pretty crazy, but every time hundreds - recently thousands - of developers submit their games.

Elastic Prison was the first time that I entered.
I knew that it was going to be quite the challenge, so in the week before the contest I created a few very very small games. I think that helped me a lot. The part of my game that I'm most proud of is probably the ending.

If you want to learn more about the creation process of Elastic Prison or my other entries then head over to my journal at Ludum Dare.

Every game also has a page where you can see how well it scored overall.
Elastic Prison placed #44 in the category "Innovation" from 509 submitted games.
